During this trance-like state, Janu corners Mori and briefly chokes her, claiming that she secretly enjoys the sensation of fear and vulnerability.
Mori manages to snap Janu out of his episode, though he is left shaken and confused. Despite the danger, she refuses to let him walk away, following him to a high vantage point to demand answers. She confronts him about his relationship with her best friend, Nokana. Janu reveals that Nokana kissed him, shattering Mori’s composure.
