Chinaka insists that Janu perform his duties by mingling with the students. During his rounds, Janu interacts with various students, including Nirima and Oki, who are discussing the absence of Kio. Janu also encounters Ms. Wanasha, who has brought Hana as her plus-one, leading to friction with Chinaka.
Janu then checks on Chinaka's younger sister, Rei, who is struggling to operate the bar's beer tap. Janu offers to keep the details of Rei's earlier misbehavior and her distress over the outfit she is forced to wear a secret if she serves him a drink. The scene concludes with Sora causing a chaotic scene when she begins spinning uncontrollably, leaving Janu to reflect on the bizarre, non-normal nature of his students and his growing reluctance to part ways with them.
