Following the speech, Janu retreats to the rooftop to clear his head, where he is eventually joined by Nirima. Nirima tries to comfort him, acknowledging his past mistakes and offering her support. However, Janu’s behavior turns volatile and predatory; he insults Nirima's appearance, makes lewd sexual remarks about his desire for the students, and aggressively demands that she submit to him.
The scene becomes surreal as Janu loses his hearing and experiences a sensory collapse. Kio appears and plays a song for him, which provides a brief moment of grounding. The event concludes with Kio tending to a disoriented Janu, who is struggling with the aftermath of his breakdown as he realizes his current chapter is ending and he is being forced toward a new, uncertain future.
