Janu offers Tuli a lead on a part-time job, while Nokana offers her financial help.
Tuli shares a dream she had about her younger self and mentions that Janu appeared in it. Janu reveals he recently had a vivid dream where he saw his younger self torturing himself by repeatedly reliving the final moments of a friend. As Janu recounts the dream, the connection between him and his companions suddenly shifts; he realizes in horror that his arm is passing through Tuli, and a high-pitched sound triggers a blackout.
The perspective shifts to Omina, who encounters her sister Oki observing the stars. Omina urges Oki to move back home, but Oki refuses, citing a lack of trust. After Oki leaves for the garden, Janu appears in an astral projection form. Omina explains that his soul has detached from his physical body, placing him between two planes of existence. Janu, seemingly unfazed, speaks with Omina about her strained relationship with Oki and expresses confusion over his current state, as Omina warns him to be careful since he has no knowledge of what his physical body is doing while he is detached.
