Janu arrives at the hotel to find the front desk unattended. After searching the floors, he tracks Mori down to the lobby by following her voice as she softly sings to herself. When Janu attempts to join in with a duet, Mori harshly rejects him, insulting his singing voice and questioning why he is lingering at her workplace.
Despite Mori’s hostility, Janu persists, noting that he checked every floor of the hotel just to find her. Their conversation shifts to an adversarial but intimate back-and-forth where Janu mocks her mopping technique and Mori retorts with biting sarcasm about his presence. Janu reveals he has prepared a series of questions for her, referencing a prior "park story" that Mori is desperate to avoid discussing.
Mori eventually relents and agrees to answer the questions to get Janu to leave. During the interrogation, Janu asks Mori about the color of her hair and her bra size, the latter of which she confirms with shock and anger, accusing him of being a pervert. The scene concludes with Janu goading Mori further by teasingly promising to buy her a new bra that matches her hair color, to which she threatens to burn it, before Janu finally departs.
