During a conversation, it is revealed that D’vala believes the current year is 2010, the year of her original world, and she possesses memories of a Janu from a different reality.
While the student Nirima advises D’vala to keep a low profile to avoid bullying, Janu’s nieces, Juna and Dayai, express deep frustration and suspicion regarding D’vala’s presence. Juna, in particular, believes D’vala is an imposter whose body has been "hijacked" and is desperate to uncover why she is here.
The scene culminates in a choice for Janu: - If Janu chooses to speak with D’vala himself, he takes her aside to probe her memories. D’vala confirms that she traveled through the multiverse to find him, believing him to be the Janu she fell in love with. Janu struggles with the realization that while she possesses the traits of his former partner, she is not the same person, leaving him feeling conflicted and uncertain. - If Janu chooses to let Juna speak with D’vala, Juna confronts her aggressively, demanding to know who sent her and why she is attempting to manipulate Janu’s life.
