Janu visits Dayai’s home to find Tuli there, as Dayai is helping her with makeup for a formal dinner with her parents. During their conversation, Tuli and Dayai discuss their mutual friend group, the recent behavior of other classmates toward Janu, and their own pasts. Tuli mentions she is planning to step back from her intensive athletic training and hopes to discuss this with her parents.
As the conversation shifts to their pasts, Tuli invites Janu to accompany her to the dinner. Dayai expresses skepticism but eventually relents, providing Janu with strict, albeit humorous, instructions on how to behave like a perfect gentleman.
Later, instead of a formal dinner, Janu realizes Tuli has deceived him when she takes him to a high-end, exclusive nightclub. Tuli reveals that the "family dinner" was a fabrication intended to help her escape her parents' control and enjoy a night out with Janu. She confesses that she lied to her friends about the nature of the evening to maintain appearances. As the night progresses, Tuli begins drinking heavily, leading to a candid, erratic, and emotional conversation where she vents her frustrations about her life, her parents, and her feelings toward Janu. Eventually, Tuli becomes visibly intoxicated and belligerent, forcing Janu to call Tora to intervene. Tora arrives and attempts to escort an uncooperative Tuli home, but the scene concludes with Tuli becoming physically ill after resisting Tora's efforts to manage her behavior.
