Summary (Click to reveal)

After failing to find Mori at the hotel front desk, Janu searches for her and eventually locates her in the lobby. Mori dismisses his claims of looking for her, accusing him of laziness and persistent annoyance. Their banter shifts when Mori reveals she must return suitcases to a customer and then head home. Sensing an opportunity for interaction, Janu offers to help carry the heavy bags.

Mori remains suspicious of Janu's motives, openly questioning what he expects to gain from the favor. Janu insists he is acting out of kindness, though he admits to himself that he is lying. After some back-and-forth, Mori accepts his help, and they travel to Downtown Jhizonyu.

During their walk, they share a brief, rare moment of quiet connection amidst the city atmosphere. Once they deliver the luggage, they linger in the city. Janu confronts Mori about their similarities, suggesting that her abrasive exterior is a defensive mechanism to mask an internal struggle. He admits to his own feelings of being lost as a teacher and expresses a desire to be honest with her. Although Mori remains defensive, questioning his attempt at "psychoanalysis," she acknowledges his presence without immediately pushing him away. The encounter concludes with Mori wishing Janu a safe journey home, marking a slight, unspoken shift in the tension between them.
