Janu and Nokana ride the light rail toward Okakri for a date, though Janu notes that Nokana seems nervous and uncharacteristically exposed. As they travel, Nokana recalls the morning spent at a salon, where she was given a makeover by Tora and Tami in preparation for this date.
Upon arriving, Janu takes Nokana to a cat café. To Janu's delight, Nokana complies with his request to wear cat ears, which boosts her confidence. Their conversation shifts to Nokana's family and her struggles with her identity and height. The date continues for an hour, during which Nokana's shy facade cracks as she acts more boldly, including playfully teasing Janu. When a sudden storm breaks out, trapping them in the city, Janu decides to extend the date by booking a luxury hotel suite for the night.
